You will have the option to:

- Get a full refund after returning the product.
3. Lost Packages During Shipping
By placing an order with SureBuy, you agree to our estimated shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframe.
However, if your order has been in transit for 10 business days longer than the expected delivery time, you can contact us. We will offer you the choice of:
- A free replacement order, or
- A full refund.
Please note that customs checks or other external factors may cause delays.
4. Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
SureBuy is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen.
If your order is marked as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it:
- Contact the shipping carrier and provide your tracking information.
- We can supply you with delivery details, shipping dates, and tracking information to help you take further steps.
